This fawn is “very special,” which as usual means “a li’l dumb.” It was raised by sheep and thinks it’s a sheep.

The fawn came down from the mountains with a flock of a sheep. No one knows quite why. The farmer’s best guess: Its mother died and the sheep adopted it. Whatever happened, it definitely identifies as a sheep. It eats grass with the sheep, and also drinks the momma sheep’s milk.

It’s all very awwww, except that the farmer says he’ll only feed the deer through the winter. After that … well, Disney’s known to like sad stories featuring baby deer, so maybe he’s aiming for a movie deal.
