British dairy farmer Richard Cornock and his brother care for 80 British Friesian cows on a 140-acre farm in South Gloucestershire. Cornock documented life on the dairy farm for a year, including shooting this video of cows being let out to pasture last spring for the first time that year. As Bob Ross would say, these are some happy little cows:

“They are quite excited; they know what’s going on,” Cornock says in what is of course a charming accent. The excitement is contagious, and with udders swinging wildly, the cows frolic and leap out onto the grass from their pen, literally kicking up their heels. And you can’t really blame them.
