One of the great things about bikes is that they’re relatively simple. You need a good bike mechanic, sure, but if something basic goes wrong with your ride, there’s a decent chance you can fix it yourself. Not the Vanmoof 10. This thing’s got gadgets and gizmos aplenty — “smart sensors, GPS tracking, an onboard computer and of course an electric power-booster,” Inhabitat writes.

It might as well have a dashboard. I mean, it sounds like you kind of need one! For instance, the bike can go up to 37 miles per hour, and it might be helpful to have an odometer. The good news is, it’s electric, so you don’t have to pedal unless you really want to — or the battery runs out. There should probably be a battery gauge on the dashboard too. And a needle that shows you how much money and carbon you’re saving by commuting by bike, and how smug you’re allowed to be in return.
