Oh man, thank goodness we found out about this before it’s too late! Uber, the on-demand personal transportation app, is bringing back its ice cream truck option. Today only, in 33 cities around the world, you can use Uber to summon the ice cream truck to your door. (But only until 5 p.m., so HURRY.)

You can’t do it just for a sprinkle cone — you’ll need to get some friends together and pool your piggybank money to meet your city’s minimum. In New York, for instance, you’ll need to order $30 worth of ice cream for six people. In Houston, which is unprecedentedly generous with its ice cream, you only need to scare up 3 friends to share $10 worth of treats. (You can see the rest of the requirements on the Uber blog.)

But this is a perfect option for your block party — especially if it’s hotter than a butthole today, which in most of the U.S. it is. You just cannot be expending the energy to go running after the ice cream truck. You need to make it come right to you, for the sake of your health.
