If you thought Li’l Sebastian was the most lovable mini-horse, think again. Roozer Brewz is a dwarf miniature horse who was born with some deformities and other health problems that make it hard for him to walk. He wears corrective booties, and is now getting used to a set of wheels that will help him strengthen the tendons in his back legs.
