Heroes star Hayden Panettiere may not be a real cheerleader (she just plays one on TV), but she sure knows how to rile up a crowd.
As campaign spokeswoman for Save the Whales Again!, Panettiere has had quite a busy week. Yesterday, she appeared at a news conference with Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Rep. Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.) of the House Natural Resources Committee. On Monday, she spoke to the embassies of Norway, Japan, and Iceland about ending their whale hunting practices, and the day before that she spoke for almost an hour, sans notes, at a rally in D.C.
But Panetierre has done more than open her heart to this cause. She’s also opened her closet — selling items ranging from heels to sweats to couture gowns to raise money for the campaign. Take a peek at what’s left — especially if you’re petite.
