Well, guys, we finally did it. We finally pissed the trees off so bad they took revenge. Humans of New York caught this shot of a humanoid bush jumping out and scaring some folks in Central Park, and the rest of us are probably next.
Genuinely not clear what’s going on here. Some HONY commenters have suggested that it’s the East Coast’s answer to San Francisco’s Bush Man — but I’m more inclined to think M. Night Shyamalan’s just gone low-budget. Or maybe dryads are just much, much uglier than legends led us to believe.
