First, when his original pieces were on sale for a mere $60 near Central Park on Oct. 13, people were like, “Meh.” (His pieces sell for tens of thousands of dollars.) It took more than four hours before a piece sold — and THAT lady wanted half off. A mere three people bought his art.

Now three artists have recreated the art booth, selling clearly labeled Banksy fakes for the same price. They even came with notarized certificates of inauthenticity. And yet all 40 prints sold in LESS THAN AN HOUR. Watch:
