Propulsion on water is provided by little wedge-like fins on the rear float/ tire. One would think that this is a lot of work, but our French inventor appears to ride in comfort in a suit while smoking a pipe, and demonstrated it in a large swimming pool.

This bike is perfect for dealing with climate change. Sea-level rise, storm surges — no problem when you can just keeping biking straight through the waterlogged streets. But alas, it’s trapped in the temperate past until someone manufactures a new one. Would that this bike were a time bike!
