But in one Swedish town, a local company has hit upon a simple way to make waiting for the bus not-terrible. They’ve replaced billboards in bus stops with light therapy panels, Fast Company notes.

So instead of waiting in the dark, commuters can bathe in happiness-making light. And if the bus is running late, so much the better: 30 minutes of exposure is the daily minimum dose for light therapy to work. It’s almost like summer! (Almost.)
