It’s the auspiciously timed International Food Workers Week, and y’all best respect. Food workers deserve justice. They are treated pretty poorly year-round, to say nothing of what we put them through during the holiday season. They’re all free range, organic, and not genetically modified, and this is the perfect time of year to thank them. And to clamor for raising the minimum wage. And to not to shop for holiday food stuffs at Walmart. Amen!
