Swoon, right? Carrot and pepper cars! A globe carved from an apple! Banana-cucumber graphs! Tractors with tomato wheels!

But don’t get too distracted by the adorable visuals to forget what Pollan’s saying: Organic works, especially in the developing world, and we can grow enough good food to feed people, if we stop pumping it into industrial meat operations and misguided biofuel projects.
