“It is not only wrong, but there will be consequences,” said [Utah State Parks] spokesman Eugene Swalberg, noting that a criminal investigation is underway by the State Parks authorities.

“This is highly, highly inappropriate,” he said. “This is not what you do at state parks. It’s disturbing and upsetting.”

The three men — Glenn Taylor, Dylan Taylor, and Dave Hall — could be in for misdemeanors or even felonies. Something tells us they won’t be keeping their merit badges for long, either.

Update: The Utah Boy Scout council removed Glenn Taylor and Hall from their troop leader positions.
