If you aren’t mid-coitus, having a hole in the crotch of your jeans isn’t much fun. Thankfully, a new line of denim is in the works with special crotches (OK, fine, and special other stuff too). It’s Ride Your Bike (RYB) Denim for female bicyclists:

These jeans don’t JUST have “gusseted crotch seams” (whatever that means). They also have a built-in U-lock holder so you don’t have to smash it through your belt anymore, a higher rise to avoid plumber’s crack, and other bike-related features. Momentum Mag reports:

The RYB team has fine-tuned each element of these jeans to create a quality, comfortable piece of clothing. Keeping the process local was important to [designer Chandel] Bodner as RYB Denim are sewn in Canada…RYB Denim has created a unique weave that incorporates a blend of cotton, elastic, and a moisture-wicking treatment.

RYB jeans have replaced the uncomfortable center seam found on most jeans and have replaced it with a unique, double-reinforced seat gusset to reduce saddle wear. In addition, the jeans have a raised waistband to allow for complete coverage, a built-in u-lock holder, reinforced belt loops, and reflective seam piping.

Unlike, say, Bic’s stupid “For Her” pens, this is one product for women that actually seems cool. If you agree, you can toss ‘em a few dollars for their Indiegogo campaign — $100 will get you a pair of the jeans, which will retail for $149. Check it out:
