We started collecting free busted bike tubes and playing around with them, and next thing you know, we were at NOLA Pride selling rubber floggers on the pavement. We kept at it, and before you know it, we were slinging whips like pros and selling out every night.
I guess the message here is that most of the eco movement is fun. Sex is fun. Recycling is fun. Greening your life is fun. Saving the Earth is fun. We invite everyone to join — the more, the merrier.
Who can argue with that?
