The League of Conservation Voters, VoteVets.org, and the Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO are running new ads targeting two Democrats and one Republican on the Energy and Commerce Committee who voted against the Waxman-Markey climate and energy bill last week.

The ads target John Barrow (D-Ga.), Mike Ross (D-Ark.), and Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) for voting against the bill, which passed out of committee by a vote of 33-25. “Americans are coming together, supporting a new clean-energy future,” the ad targeting Barrow begins.

“But John Barrow said ‘no,’ voting against the American Clean Energy and Security Act,” it continues. “Call John Barrow and tell him America deserves better.”
