Leaving town and can’t bring your sex dungeon with you? Good news! A new company, KinkBnB, is connecting kinksters and homeowners in an AirBnB-like service — but instead of cable TV and high speed Internet, amenities in KinkBnB homes include spanking benches, dental chairs, cages, slings, and bondage beds.

Based on Airbnb’s lodging rental model, KinkBNB aims to offer an alternative for those of a fruitier bent. “We offer a marketplace for sex positive people to share their accommodations,” says Ryan Galiotto, KinkBNB co-founder. “While I love the shiny sexy dungeon play spaces we are currently listing, we hope to appeal to any sex positive person with a guest room. It is difficult to travel with one’s kink and we hope to ease those difficulties as well and increasing the reach of the sex positive community.”

A quick perusal of KinkBnB.com showed that: A) They really don’t block anything on the Grist network, and B) You can rent a dungeon near downtown Seattle for only $400 a night! The 2,000 square foot Seattle Dungeon includes bottled water, fresh towels and linens, leather and steel crosses, a stereo with iPod/MP3/CD input, cleansers, an isolation cell, medical tables, secure keypad entry, and a full bathroom with a shower (no tub). The listing also specifies that the Dungeon is easy to get to, and has many restaurants and activities nearby in case you need a break from flogging your partner. It’s also orgy friendly, but bring your own toiletries and lubricants.

There are, however, rules. For instance: Do not give out the dungeon address without express permission; no fire, water sports, or wax in carpeted areas; and no glitter allowed. So the next time you’re in Seattle, leave that glitter at home — but don’t forget your lube.
