In today’s “shit you can’t afford even though it’s made of garbage” news: genuinely gorgeous, if-you-have-to-ask-you-can’t-afford-it patio furniture made from recycled food and drink packaging.

The collection, by designer Stephen Burks, is fashioned out of aluminum mesh (the stuff that your basic generic patio furniture is made of, but more lightweight), woven through with a synthetic fiber made of recycled packaging mixed with recyclable polyethylene. It ends up looking kind of like a cross between wicker and tile. And it definitely makes for a classier look than most food-wrapper-covered porches.
