Do you know someone who just can’t stop spraying Febreze all over everything they own? For fancy-fresh smell without the extra chemicals, try some homemade linen spray. It is incredibly easy to make, and — bonus! — one of the ingredients may come in handy around the holidays (Hint: It is alcohol).

Things you will need

  • 2 ounces of vodka (if you plan on drinking the leftovers, get whatever you prefer — if not, the cheap stuff works just fine)
  • 20-40 drops of essential oils
  • 6 ounces water
  • an 8-ounce spray bottle

This one’s extra easy! All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients in the spray bottle and give it a good shake for about 30 seconds … and you’re done! If you want to get extra fancy, you can make a cute label to stick it on the bottle.
