That’s a sea lion who local Cabo fishermen call “Pancho,” having no respect whatsoever for TV magic. Chef Yvan Mucharrz caught that monster when fisherman Mike “The Griz” Ritz took him fishing for an episode of Ritz’s new TV show Chef on the Water. But as far as Pancho is concerned, the whole thing was essentially sea lion Seamless.
