Happy National Polar Bear Day! We’re going to celebrate by taking our favorite Arctic beast out fishing, but they marked the occasion a day early in that other Washington — namely, by throwing snowballs on the Senate floor to prove climate change ain’t nothing but a big ol’ liberal hoax.
