Don’t miss last week’s dubious bit of doggerel.

Aso and ObamaJapanese Prime Minister Taro Aso with Obama earlier this year.White HouseMonday seemed so hopeful, when Aso came out strong:
Japan and other powers must act before too long.
“Hear, hear!” cried U.S. leaders, “We put it in this draft!
To mumblemouth on climate would really be quite daft.”
But things went downhill quickly: for lost without Kathleen,
Kansas gave the nod to coal that claims it’s super-clean.
Foes of “cash for clunkers” could not be undersold,
And the poor, threatened polar bear was left out in the cold.
Still, as climate battles rage, the really good news is,
There’s one policy bound to work — and that, of course, is His.
